La morbidosa di mele

Questa ricetta è una delle mie preferite, vado pazza per questa torta! Così morbida e deliziosa, riesce a conquistare chiunque alla prima fetta. Infatti non dura mai più di un giorno!
Come potete notare dalla foto ho scelto per questa torta uno sfondo con decori natalizi, questo perché la sua pubblicazione era in programma per le passate festività, ma a causa di alcuni disguidi tecnici ciò non è potuto avvenire. Colgo anche l'occasione per dirvi che a breve partirà il 3° #HappyBirthdayAjoaPappai, il contest dedicato al nostro blog che il 18 Dicembre scorso ha compiuto i 3 anni di vita, e che quest'anno avrà una piacevole novità...perciò siete tutti invitati a parteciparvi!!

Ingredienti:


1 Kg di mele già sbucciate
250 g di farina
120 g di zucchero
100 g di burro
2 uova
la scorza grattugiata di un limone non trattato
la scorza grattugiata di mezza arancia non trattata
8 g di lievito in polvere per dolci
pangrattato
un pizzico di sale
un pizzico di cannella

In una ciotola montate le uova con lo zucchero. Aggiungere la farina e il lievito setacciati, il burro fuso e tiepido, la scorza grattugiata del limone e dell'arancia, il pizzico di sale e di cannella, e lavorare sino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Unire le mele sbucciate e tagliate a piccoli pezzetti, mescolando con cura affinché siano ben amalgamate all'impasto.
Imburrate una tortiera da 28 cm e cospargetela di pangrattato. Mettere l'impasto all'interno pareggiandolo. Cospargete, poi, un paio di cucchiai di zucchero semolato e aggiungete alcuni fiocchi di burro sulla superficie, per renderla dorata e croccante.
Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 45 minuti.
A cottura ultimata, lasciatela raffreddare e servitela su di un piatto di portata.

As you can see from the picture I chose for this cake a background with Christmas decorations, this because its publication was scheduled for the past holidays, but due to some technical issues this isn't happened. I also take this opportunity to tell you that soon will start the 3rd #HappyBirthdayAjoaPappai, the contest dedicated to our blog that on December 18 last year it accomplished three years of life, and this year there will be a pleasant novelty...

Ingredients:


1 kg of apples already peeled
250 g of flour
120 g of sugar
100 g of butter
2 eggs
the grated rind of an untreated lemon
the grated rind of half an untreated orange
8 g of baking powder for cakes
bread crumbs
a pinch of salt
a pinch of cinnamon

Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, the melted and tepid butter, the grated rind of the lemon and of the orange, a pinch of salt and of cinnamon, and work until obtain a homogeneous dough. Unite the apples, peeled and cut into small pieces, stirring carefully so that they are well mixed with the dough.
Grease a cake tin of 28 cm and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Put the dough and level it. Then sprinkle a couple of tablespoonfuls of sugar and add a few flakes of butter on the surface, to make it crisp and golden.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
When cooked, let it cool and serve the cake on a serving dish.
